Upon completion of DATA 101 students should have acquired the knowledge and skills to apply best practice to:
- work with tabular data using spreadsheets to organise, analyse and visualise data
- use functions and complex formulae to execute calculations and build basic data models
- automate data processing tasks by using scripts and user defined functions
- to create compelling data visualisations using a range of tools
