This is an evidence-informed paper designed to build confident, reflective teachers. You will learn how to design engaging lessons, apply culturally sustaining teaching strategies and foster strong professional relationships that support a classroom culture in which you and your students can flourish. This paper helps you take theory into practice through 80 days of professional experience placements in two school settings. You will engage with concise recorded lectures and guided, independent learning to deepen your understanding and grow your teaching practice.
