Assistant Research FellowAlexandria Tino

Alex is an Assistant Research Fellow and PhD student in gynaecological cancer, and Pacific health. She completed a Bachelor of Science (Biological Science) and a Master of Science (Cellular and Molecular Biology) at the University of Canterbury. Alex’s research interests are strongly influenced by her Samoan heritage and focused on health equity for Pacific peoples in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes for people with gynaecological cancer.
