Background

Susan's background was initially as a medical information specialist, firstly in the Canterbury Medical Library (1990-1997) and then with New Zealand Health Technology Assessment researching the literature for systematic reviews (1997-2008).

From 2008-2013 Susan worked as an analyst with Community and Public Health (Canterbury District Health Board) while she completed the Diploma of Public Health and then the MPH.

From 2013, Susan has worked two days each week as a Qualitative Analyst for the Clinical Quality and Education Team at Pegasus Health PHO.
