Overview: This University of Otago RFP relates to the purchase of electricity for the University of Otago and 2 nonaffiliated University colleges (St Margarets College and Selwyn College).

• The market process will also include the electricity needs of Dunedin and Queenstown Airports.
- Queenstown Airport (QAC): c. 5.0 GWh per annum split between 11 NHH and 2 TOU meters. QAC electricity supply to start 01 Sept 2026.
- Dunedin Airport: c. 2.6 GWh per annum split between 16 NHH and 2 TOU meters.
- The airports will receive offers based on their ICP’s.
- The airports are free to negotiate their own agreement with their chosen vendor.
