Scholarships available to tertiary students who were born in the South Pacific region including NZ and Australia.
22 January Te Pae Tawhiti Kaimoana Enhancement Scholarship
Awarded to a Māori tertiary student enrolled in marine or kaimoana enhancement based studies.
22 January The Odyssey Traveller Scholarships
Open to students in their second year and above, who are studying at an AUS/NZ University. Awarded based on academic performance and demonstrated financial need.

Provides seed funding for one researcher per year to undertake an innovative research project.

28 February Bragato Research Fellowship
May be awarded to a student (NZ resident) involved in ongoing research who has completed a master's degree or doctorate. The planned research must be of benefit to the NZ industry.
28 February Bragato Postgraduate Award
May be awarded to a postgraduate student (NZ resident) enrolled for a  course of study in NZ or overseas, recognised for its post graduate courses in subjects relevant to the viticulture and wine industry.
28 February Bragato Undergraduate Award
May be awarded to any NZ student undertaking a full time degree course in either viticulture or wine sciences at a recognised academic institution.
28 February Critic and Conscience of Society Awards
Awarded to an academic staff member who,has done more in the past two calendar years than any other applicant to provide the public with independent, expert commentary on an issue/s  affecting the New Zealand community or future generations.

Schoalrship provided to a student in their first year, studying Commerce at the University of Otago. Preference is given to those who can show a record of improving their community throughout their schooling years.
31 March RCPA Scholarships in Pathology
Offered to medical students undertaking the Bachelor of Medicine or equivalent at Aus/NZ universities with one scholarship per main campus. In addition, there is one scholarship available for: a Maori medical student, a medical student in rural or regional setting, a dental student and a student undertaking a Bachelor of Science or equivalent, among others.

The award promotes friendship between the U.S. and N.Z.. Offered to a NZ citizen accepted into an undergraduate programme with a high academic reputation in the U.S. who meets the criteria of the award.
