In our specialised sensory science laboratory you'll learn how scientific methods are used to measure peoples' sensory perceptions of food quality and acceptance.

In this food science project you'll learn about the physical and chemical changes that occur in food during processing, and the tools food scientists use to control and measure the quality of food products. You'll also get to eat the product of your labours.
