Workplace bullying can be a real issue in New Zealand. Not only does it affect people physically and mentally, it can also disrupt workplaces and reduce productivity.
At the University of Otago, we are committed to reducing risk for all our employees, and as such have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying. The Ethical Behaviour Policy promotes ethical interactions between members of the University community in order to provide an safe and respectful environment.
