Research
Using next generation sequencing technology, Euan is leading projects focussing on the epigenetics of myelodysplastic syndrome and melanoma. The first of these projects has documented the genome-wide DNA methylation status of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome. From this project, Euan has contributed to establishing a robust pipeline for genome-wide methylation sequencing. He is now investigating DNA methylation changes associated with the immune checkpoint blockade in melanoma patients.
