Research

Dr Rodger is dedicated to leading world-class cancer epigenetics research identifying novel candidate biomarkers, advancing the knowledge of epigenetic changes underpinning various disease states, and contributing to outcomes with clinically relevant impact. Currently, his research is focused on uncovering epigenetic mechanisms driving metastasis across multiple cancer types, mapping the epigenome of circulating tumour DNA to develop blood-based diagnostics, and targeting epigenetic factors underlying cancer therapy resistance.
