Andrew joined the DBA programme in 2025. He has worked in both academia and industry over the past 25 years. Prior to joining the University of Otago he was a Senior Lecturer at Massey University, in the Business School and in the Social Sciences. He holds undergraduate degrees in biochemistry and business. Andrew teaches Organisational Leadership for Change in the DBA programme and supervises a range of DBA student theses.
