Drop-in sessions are a quick and easy way to get a professional headshot taken for your department website or staff profile page. The photography studio is open for staff headshots twice a month:
- First Tuesday from 10am to 11am
- Third Thursday from 10am to 11am
The photography studio is located in the basement of the Clocktower Building, in room B31 (near the Mail Room). There are bathrooms nearby should you wish to freshen up before your photo is taken.
Photos are taken on a first come, first served basis with capacity to photograph approximately 20 people per session. You may be asked to come back another time if too many people attend a particular session.
Check for rescheduled sessions
Every effort will be made to run the drop-in sessions as scheduled. However, it may be necessary to cancel a session on occasion.
Please check this webpage on the day of the scheduled drop-in session to ensure it is running at the specified time.
