Blogs
The Web Experience team are not responsible for updating blogs. Requests in relation to blogs need to be referred to AskOtago IT Support.

Document editing
The Web Experience team uploads documents (PDF, Word, Excel etc.) to the website but does not edit them. If you believe a document contains incorrect or outdated information, you will need to contact the department or team whose webpage hosts the document to have it edited.
Forms
If you need to make a change to an online form or you need a new online form created, you will need to submit a request with AskOtago and they will forward your request on to the appropriate people in ITS.

Online phonebook
The Web Experience team cannot update the Contacts website (online phonebook). The database that populates the site's content is maintained by AskOtago.

Paper pages
Paper pages are held in eVision and get displayed on the website. They begin with this URL: otago.ac.nz/courses/papers?
If you need to update a paper page, email Information Collection.

Note: If you need to update links to paper pages that appear on a department's webpage, the WebEx team can do this.
Policy Library

Updates to policies and guidelines webpages need to come from the Policy Management Group. If you believe there is an error or update required to one of these policy or guideline pages, please send your request to:

Publications on academic staff profile pages
Academic research outputs/publications are recorded in the Research Outputs Database (ROD), which the Research Integrity Office manage/enter.
Academic staff can check what is entered into ROD by logging into MyResearch and checking their 'My Publications' list. (Only outputs marked as 'Quality Assured Yes or No' feed through onto webpages.).
To add any additional publications/outputs, please email the required verification evidence to publications@otago.ac.nz.
If there is nothing in ROD, nothing will show on the webpage. Contact the Research Integrity Office for assistance with this.

Scholarships database

Videos for YouTube (or Vimeo)
The Internal Communications and Channels (IC&C) team are responsible for the uploading of videos to the University of Otago YouTube channel.
