Kia ora koutou, kia orana, fakaalofa lahi atu, talofa koutou, mālō ni, ia orana, aloha, talofa lava, mālō e lelei, noa'ia, bula vinaka, halo olketa, kam na mauri, iakwe, ran annim, kaselehlie, håfa adai, alii, and warm Pacific greetings!
The Pacific Voices Postgraduate Research Symposium XXIII 2026 will be held in the Main Common Room, University Union building, on campus on Thursday, 8 October 2026. Held annually since 2004, the Pacific Voices Symposium has been a welcoming and vibrant space for Pacific postgraduate research at the University. It is a free event open to a broad audience of students, supervisors, University leaders, friends and family from Dunedin's Pacific communities, and the general public.
Come along to learn about the amazing research happening at the University, to support one another, and to network with University staff and professionals! Excitedly for the first time, this year will feature a poster session held the afternoon before the symposium.
Interested students: All abstracts submitted will be published within the Pacific Voices Postgraduate Symposium annual publication, which is prepared by the Pacific Voices Academic Committee and distributed throughout the University via OUR Archive, and available on the day at the event.
