Manage my Health (MMH) – an online patient information portal – has confirmed that its platform has been the target of a cyber security incident resulting in unauthorised access to sensitive health data.
MMH is an independent application and is not owned or operated by Student Health. MMH is managing all patient communications in coordination with Health NZ and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. We understand MMH expects to start notifying affected individuals in the coming days.
If you receive a notification from MMH in your capacity as a patient at Student Health and require clinical support you can contact Student Health at 0800 479 821 or +64 3 479 8212 to make an appointment. Some support options can be found here. Otherwise, any queries in relation to the breach must be directed to MMH.
