Do you know an outstanding young alumna or alumnus? You still have time to nominate them for the Otago's inaugural 20 Twenties Young Alumni Awards which close at the end of June.
“Many young alumni are achieving amazing things in their personal and professional lives,” says Alumni Engagement Manager Donnella Aitken-Ferguson. “In the last few months alone, in response to the pandemic, we've seen young people stepping up in their communities, in businesses, research and in volunteer roles.”
As a group they are facing challenging and uncertain times, and these awards are an opportunity to value and celebrate their achievements and contributions.
The awards will recognise 20 alumni in their twenties. To be eligible, they must be under the age of 30 at the time of nomination and a graduate of the University of Otago with a full qualification. You can nominate more than one person. Make a nomination here.
