*The University of Otago, together with Otago Polytechnic, has made the difficult decision to postpone our Tertiary Open Days, originally scheduled for Sunday 29 and Monday 30 May 2022.
We understand that this is an uncertain time for many, and our priority is to keep you, your whānau, our staff and students safe when you are on our campuses.
What happens at Tertiary Open Days?
Our Open Days have academic presentations and activities, residential college tours, as well as lots of displays and activities from University clubs and services. It’s a showcase of what university life looks like at Otago.
Which day should I come?
The full programme happens on Monday 1 August 2022.
Sunday 31 July has a limited programme, focusing on the most popular academic subjects. College and campus tours are available.
People often find it is helpful to attend both days as there is so much on offer on Monday it is difficult to see it all. Sunday is a good day to do college tours and get a feel for the campus.
When will the programme be available?
We are busy putting the programme for Open Days together. We will send the programme to our mailing list when it is finalised. You can join the mailing list below.
