Group Fitness Timetable

Our group fitness classes are available daily across a range of times ensuring plenty of opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals.

  • Semester timetable - runs semester time, excluding university holidays and exams.
  • Reduced timetable - runs in University holidays
  • $2 exam timetable - runs during exams. Classes $2 except Free Fridays.
  • Summer timetable - runs over summer from Nov 2nd (TBC)

8am classes are 45 min and all other classes are 50 min in duration (unless specified).

Yogalates - Please bring your own mat. This is compulsory for all participants.

Spin - Please bring your own towel. This is compulsory for all participants.

*Bookings are essential for these classes and can be made on the day only. Please book by using the Booking button at the top of this page. You will receive an email confirming your booking. If you need to cancel your booking, please follow the instructions on the email.

Waiting Lists: If there are no spaces left in the class you will be asked if you would like to be put onto the waiting list. If a space becomes available you will be emailed asking if you would like to take the available spot.
