I teach across Urban Design and Statutory Land Planning at Te Kura Kairūri. I moved from Tāmaki Makaurau to Ōtepoti in 2024, when I joined the staff at the School of Surveying.
I am an interdisciplinary practitioner with experience across the fields of architecture, urban planning, and urban design, having worked in both the public and private sectors. I believe it takes a wide range of inputs to make cities great for people, and encourage anyone interested to come down to Te Kura Kairūri for a chat.
My research purpose is to enhance the urban design outcomes achieved by communities through investigating masterplanning practice in Aotearoa New Zealand.
