Our flats are on either Fibre Naked Broadband (UFB) supplied by One NZ with an individual modem for the flat, or the University of Otago internet network.
Information about which internet network your flat is on and how to connect to it are included in your welcome letter and in your flat.
If you experience issues with your flat’s internet, please log a maintenance request in the Te Puna accommodation portal.
Is there a monthly usage limit?
No - however, the University of Otago does have a fair use policy, which can be found at:
