Postgraduate Qualifications in Primary Health Care

Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Health Care: PGCertPHC 

The Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Health Care consists of one required paperPRHC701: First and Foremost Primary Health Care (taught in Semester 1) AND 30 additional points from your choice of elective papers.

Students are encouraged to complete the certificate first and then enrol for the diploma.

Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Health Care: PGDipPHC 

The Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Health Care consists of one required paper - PRHC701: First and Foremost Primary Health Care (taught in Semester 1) AND 90 additional points from your choice of elective papers.

With individual application to the Board of Studies in Primary Health Care, other University of Otago papers to the value of 30 points may be considered for inclusion in a programme of study if considered part of a cohesive study plan. These may include papers from:
