About us

Within New Zealand and internationally, racism is recognised as an important determinant of health and fundamental driver of ethnic inequalities. This fellowship aims to further our understanding of racism and its impact on Māori health and inequalities. It also explores the measurement of racism as a health determinant, particularly for indigenous peoples, and its potential impact on the health workforce.
