Otago ID Cards
The ID Card Office issues proximity cards for all students and staff, as well as contractors and visitors to departments.
Student cards display your name, username, and student email address. After hours building access is set and authorised by your department.

Opening Hours 2013/2014
Restricted hours to the end of 2013
From 11 November – 23 December inclusive, the ID Card office will be open from 10am to 2pm.
Please note: on Friday 13 December, only staff cards will be processed as the office will be rolling over to 2014 student data in preparation for issuing 2014 ID Cards on Monday 16 December.
First day of operation for 2014 is Monday 6 January 2014, from 9am to 5pm.
Semester time 2014
Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, with late nights on February 13 & 20 from 6pm to 8pm.
Restricted hours, 10am-2pm, for 2014
18 April – 27 April – Mid first semester break.
19 June – 6 July – Post first semester exams.
25 August – 31 August – Mid second semester break.
10 November – 23 December (inclusive) – Post second semester exams.
From 24 December 2014, the ID Card Office will be closed until the first day of Summer School in January 2015.
