This Mana-to-Mana Agreement heralds a new era of partnership between the Parties. The prime purpose of this Agreement is to acknowledge the Te Tiriti o Waitangi-based relationship and long-standing relationship between the Parties and, for future prosperity.

Ngāi Tahu and University of Otago Memorandum of Understanding

Vision 2040

At its final meeting of 2022, the University Council approved an interim of final version Vision 2040, which replaces Strategic Direction to 2020 as the University's lead strategic document.

Further refinements will be made to produce a fully final version of Vision 2040 in mid-2023, once consultation in respect of Tuakiritaka, the University's brand project, is complete.

The fully final version will also include additional points relating to the University and its Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments.
