We are a tertiary referral centre for Maternal and Fetal Medicine, Gynaecological Oncology, and Neonatal Paediatrics.

The catchment area for secondary women's health is a population of approximately 500,000, covering North and Central Canterbury and the West Coast.

The tertiary service catchment area includes the whole of the South Island, plus lower and mid-central regions of the North Island for Gynaecological Oncology. This is a population of more than 2 million women.
