Medical Education Unit

The Medical Education Unit oversees and assists in development of the undergraduate curriculum for students undertaking the University of Otago Faculty of Medicine MB ChB course.

Christchurch offers years 4–6 of the course for approximately one third of the students (approximately 100 students per year).

  • liaison and support person with responsibility for administration of the Christchurch campus undergraduate medical programme
  • to provide administrative services for Academic Programmes and the Medical Education Unit academic staff
