    Overview

A 360-hour practical experience in the sport development and management field.

The paper provides students with supervised leadership and professional development opportunities in a range of workplace, community-based and on-campus settings. Run as a co-requisite with SPEX 517, these papers are intended to help ‘scaffold’ students from the tertiary to professional workplace environments. Practicums and internships offer students the chance to apply knowledge from their degree to support their development of professional ‘knowing’ and judgement.
