Host-microbiome genetics in Colorectal Cancer

Research

The microbiome has been shown to affect development of colorectal cancer, and my research focuses on the use of novel laboratory and sequencing techniques to determine interactions of host and microbiome in the context of colorectal cancer development and therapy.
