Well-being: Support at Otago

Healthy Campus has a range of tools and resources to help students and staff enhance their health and well-being.

Health is a state of physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being, not just the absence of sickness.

The symbol of the wharenui, illustrates the four dimensions of Māori well-being. If one dimension is missing or damaged, a person or collective may become ‘unbalanced’ and then unwell. Each dimension needs nurturing to maintain health and well-being.
