Salaries and payments

We know that getting paid is important to you, so it’s important that the Payroll Services team have the most up to date and relevant pay details.

Keep us updated if anything has changed

Pay/Salary Scales

There are a range of salary scales for different positions within the University. You may also find information contained in your employment agreement.

Visit the Pay Scales page for more detailed information on each pay scale

When will I get paid?

You will get paid either fortnightly or monthly. Fortnightly pay will appear in your account every second Wednesday, and covers the pay period ending on the previous Sunday. Monthly pay will appear in your account on the last working day of the month.

Please note: admittance to the monthly payroll is closed.

Pay periods and cut-offs

It’s important that Payroll Services receives all payment requests prior to the fortnightly cut-offs to ensure everyone gets paid correctly on time.
