Background
Peng Guan, before embarking on his current academic journey, worked at Shanghai Maritime University.
He holds dual bachelor's degrees from The Arctic University of Norway, specialising in Entrepreneurship and Northern Studies. Further advancing his expertise, Peng Guan pursued master's studies in International Transport and Logistics at the World Maritime University in Sweden.
His educational background includes another master's degree from Toulouse II University in France, where he specialised in Digital Project Management.
