This eResearch-focused event is free for University staff and postgraduate students. It focuses on research being undertaken at the University as well as an update on new/upcoming eResearch services:

• Short presentations by University of Otago researchers, specialist support staff, and some of our Research IT partner organisations, who are using eResearch tools and services to help solve a variety of challenges. Included speakers come from Sciences, Health Sciences, Libraries, Digital Services, and more.
• Network with University of Otago researchers, specialist support staff, and staff from some of our Research IT partner organisations (REANNZ).
• Learn about some of the IT services available to Otago researchers ranging from: mid-tier research compute and storage, programming support and training, research impact and support; the globus data transfer service and data management services.

Registration

If you’re joining us in person, a light (buffet-style) lunch is included – please register by 9am on Thursday, 11 June so we can cater accordingly. This is a hard deadline for catering.
