The June 2026 issue of He Kete Kōrero sums up a busy first half of the year for the Wellington campus.
We have hosted a wide range of audiences on campus over the past few months, with alumni, and hospital and University staff and students joining us for a diverse range of events including our pride symposium, a documentary film screening, and a one-woman show about a busy morning in a general practice.
We celebrate new appointments to our senior leadership team, and the promotion to Professor of Tristram Ingham, the Deputy Head of the Department of Medicine, and acknowledge the work put in by researchers to gain external funding in areas ranging from cancer to migraine.
We look forward to our Matariki breakfast in July, where we will gather to share kai, reflect and remember those who have passed and look forward to the promise of a new year.
