I am interested in investigating the role of SCNN1D (encodes for δ subunit of ENaC) in breast cancer progression and drug response via the cAMP/PKA signalling pathway, which could provide new insights into its influence on tumor growth, metastasis suppression and chemotherapy resistance in breast cancer.
