A dietitian can assess your current eating pattern and provide personalised, practical advice to improve your health conditions.

Clinic opening hours

The clinic is held:

Monday to Thursday evenings, from 5:15pm to 8.30pm

The first appointment is for 45–60 minutes, and the follow-up appointment is 20–30 minutes.

We offer in-person or on Zoom consultation. The link for the Zoom appointment will be emailed prior to your appointment.

Specific conditions and GP referals

We accept self-referral; if you are simply interested in receiving dietary assessment.

However, if you are keen to discuss the following specific health conditions, seeing a GP first is recommended, as having necessary blood tests done will be helpful to tailor dietary advice. Please ask your GP to refer you to a dietitian.

  • Coeliac Disease

  • Disordered eating, Restrictive eating

  • Fatty liver disease
  • Food intolerance
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), low FODMAP diet
