Library charges

Many services are free for UOW and CCDHB members.

Document supply requests and interloans often have a cost which can be charged to either you or your department. Payment or cost code is required before supplying interloan or document.

Payment options for interloans and
document supply

Payment may be by cash, eftpos (no credit), via internet banking, cheque or provision of cost code.

Paying online

The University's bank account number is: 03-0175-0660238-00. Please note: proof of payment for online banking needs to be provided to us prior to release of document.

  • In the Reference field type your first name/family name
  • In the Particulars/Account field type ILL/DD
  • In the Code field type UOW LIB
  • View example:
    Online payment
  • Take screen shot and save to PDF as proof of payment
  • E-mail screen shot PDF to lending.wsmhs@otago.ac.nz with subject line: Interloan/document delivery payment for First Name, Surname.

Paying by cheque

Make the cheque out to the University of Otago. Please include your Name, username or ID number with the cheque.
