Information Technology Services is responsible for the provision, maintenance, and support of information and communication technologies within the University of Otago community.

ITS HelpDesk Hours

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-9:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday (Available only in Central Library), 10:00am to 5:00pm (Summer School through to the end of second semester exams), Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm otherwise.
