The Service Desk is available Monday to Friday 8.30am - 9pm during term time, and Saturday and Sunday 10am - 5pm during term time.
Outside of these times, please email us with your enquiry or request and we will respond to you the next working day.
ITS also provides a wide range of consulting and advice services, such as desktop computer support, business advice, teaching facilities design and printing consultancy.
