How we work: resources for staff
Te Rito
Te Rito is an eLearning programme supported by wānanga (discussion workshops) for increasing bicultural knowledge, skill and effective cultural competence.
Te Rito is designed to help people develop their own bicultural competencies and gain a better understanding of Māori perspectives through deep reflection as well as action.
The programme is free for University of Otago staff.
