Research
As a health researcher, I am privileged to be able to partner with people with long-term conditions, their families/whānau, and their communities, to foster ways for people to access support, enhance neighbourhood connections, be physically active and improve their health and well-being.
I also work together with healthcare professionals and other healthcare workers exploring the ‘how to’ of supporting self-management by people with long-term conditions, and in creating positive health service system change.
I enjoy the research process and have experience in qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research, writing for publication, and for grants.
