University Flats is a collegiate community, which means we have a set of guidelines that apply to students and staff in our residential community.
These guidelines can be found in the University Flats Handbook. Each resident receives a digital copy of the handbook when completing their application and agrees to abide to these guidelines when accepting their offer. Hard copies of the handbook are also available at the Uni Flats office.
