GoinGlobal: Career development for alumni

The University of Otago brings its Going Global subscription to Otago alumni, students and staff with 80,000 pages of career and employment information.

Both the Going Global Country Career Guides and the USA & Canadian City Career Guides provide professional advice on such topics as: the current employment outlook, hiring trends, job search resources, executive recruiters, staffing agencies, work permit regulations, salary ranges, resume/CV writing guidelines, professional and social networking groups, trade associations, interview and cultural advice. Please note access to GoinGlobal is a two-step process, log in to Your Otago Link and then create a personal GoinGlobal account.

Class reunions are a wonderful way for you to reconnect with old friends. If you’re thinking of organising a class reunion, we can help you – and while the reunion itself is organised by you and your committee, we offer a free service to help you where we can. Alumni can obtain a Graduate's Library Card, which allows access to University of Otago Libraries for reading, writing, and research.

As Otago alumni, you are entitled to a free Radio One 91FM Onecard. This subscription card entitles the bearer to discounts on products and services in and around Dunedin.
