The Department of Food Science offers Honours programmes in both Food Science, BSc(Hons) and Consumer Food Science, BAppSc(Hons).

Module choices and selection process for the Advanced papers

For each paper chosen from Topics in Advanced Food Science/Consumer Food Science, you will select two modules (10 credits each). Each paper is worth 20 credits. You will select 3 of the Papers on EVision, at enrolment time. The modules are chosen within the department and not on EVision.

Making a formal application

Apply online following the Otago University Application process unless you are an International student.

International applicants who are new to the University of Otago should refer to the International section of the website before making an online application.
