2026 fees
Fees are set centrally by the University and are subject to change annually.
Hayward College fee is $21,470 for 2026. Please refer to the Accommodation Contract for further details.
Additional payments
You are also required to pay a Student Placement and Activities Fee of $1,020, of which $510 is refundable for all withdrawals received prior to 1 February 2026.
Residents who withdraw after 1 February 2026 are liable for a penalty of 6/38th of the annual fee and remain liable for payment of all outstanding fees for the balance of the contract, provided that the College may in its discretion reduce this liability in light of the circumstances of the Resident's departure from the College and/or its ability to arrange for another party to fill the vacancy left by the Resident.
What do the fees cover?
Your fees cover almost every expense associated with living in Hayward College.
Payment options
There are 3 payment options available to choose from:
- Option 1
Lump-sum payment, paid at beginning of the year - Option 2
One up-front payment, paid at the beginning of the year + 3 equal payments - Option 3
One up-front payment, paid at the beginning of the year + 36 weekly automatic payments
