Multipurpose Area (MPA)
Spanning the centre's top floor, the MPA hosts drop-in badminton, table tennis, netball and more.
Badminton bookings are available on the day. Badminton courts are available for student and member use only during semester time (Mon-Wed 4pm-9pm). This is subject to change depending on demand.
Cardio and Light Weights Studio
With over 100 exercise machines, the cardio room caters to the needs of a range of fitness levels helping you achieve healthy lifestyle choices.
Light Weights help with toning and shaping, providing an all over body workout in just one room.
Heavy Weights Studio
Housing a full range of LifeFitness equipment, the heavy weights room satisfies any resistance or strength training needs. Free and machine weights provide varying options for full body muscle improvement.
Hosting casual drop-in sports, bookings as well as the Centre’s group fitness classes, our sports gyms are uniquely versatile.
All equipment is available for hire from reception.
