Programme options
Remote programming
We'll collect all the information we need from you so that our Fitness Leaders can write up a programme that you can do from anywhere. We'll send it direct to your email with extra tips, tricks and all the information you need. This option is great for those who have limited availability or can't make it into the facility for an in-person session.
In-person programming
An hour long session with one of our Fitness Leaders where you'll have a personalised programme written based on your exercise history and personal goals, your Fitness Leader will take you step by step through your programme and make sure you leave confident in your ability to complete the programme on your own.
Programmes are just $10 for tertiary students ($22 for members) and can be booked at Unipol reception or online by following the links below. Payment is required at the time of booking the session.
