COVID‑19 is an ongoing problem. Here's what we're doing for your health and ours:

  • Masks are required by all patients and visitors at our clinics including the waiting areas. They are available at our Reception areas.
  • In addition, we require you to sanitise your hands with the hand sanitiser provided.

  • If you have an appointment but are unwell, particularly if you have symptoms of cough/cold/flu or COVID‑19, please phone to reschedule. COVID‑19 cases are still required to self-isolate for seven days.
  • If you believe you require emergency treatment, but have symptoms as above, please phone +64 3 479 8889 and one of our clinicians will give you the best advice.
