Research projects
If you're considering postgraduate study in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, one of the first things to consider is the type of research you're interested in doing. All of our courses at 400-level and above include a significant research component, particularly the PhD (which is research-only).
What will you study?
Do you know which areas you're most interested in? Which of our researchers is doing the work that's most closely aligned with your areas of interest?
Visit the research page to see our broad research areas, and view the lab pages to get an idea of the sort of research that's currently happening. We'll also list specific research opportunities here as they become available.
