Student contracts
All residential contracts with the University Flats are "Fixed Term contracts" and as such, once agreed are set and are not able to be adjusted without the express agreement of both parties.
A Fixed-Term contract means that residents are required to pay for the accommodation for the full period of the contract regardless of the actual days they choose to stay in the flat.
All contracts begin at 10am on the start date and end at 10am on the end date.
Applications for semester 1, and full year open 1 August every year.
Semester 2 applications open 1 April every year.
